I'm very glad you went with this instead of your other idea that would have embarrassed me. You displayed depression very well, but happiness was not shown enough for it to go from sad to happy
Great job at conveying your emotion. The music was perfect. I think a close up shot would have worked very well to help push the emotion onto the audience and perhaps panning over more photographs. Really great video though. Very sad.
It was a strong piece and it helped that you showed pictures to emphasize memories being had. The music went along well with it. The baby at the end tied it together and slowed it down, making it happier.
The narrative was really clear and those shots showing us what was on the phone and what was being written really added to the feeling of depression. Though when things were being thrown it felt like it last a bit to long and I think at one point it seems like the person sort of burst into fit of giggles rather than looking angry and then after the face was covered it was back to sadness which was kinda odd.
I thought the music went really well with your video. You can tell some scenes the girl is laughing a bit but she covered it back up. When she writes on the paper, it really ties the story together. It's like a scene out of a chick flick. The baby was so adorable!
Good depressing music. I could definitely tell you were displaying depression. The baby was cute.
ReplyDeleteThe music goes very well with the emotion.
ReplyDeleteGood music! I wish she wouldn't have been laughing during the scene when she was throwing things. The story is told well. Good job!
ReplyDeleteSad at the start of the video with a little glimpse of joy/happiness at the end. The music fit well with the video, added extra sadness to the piece.
ReplyDeleteThe story was easy to understand and a lot of people can relate to missing someone. This made the emotion easier to understand.
ReplyDeleteReally clear emotion, I thought the part where she was throwing objects was really funny, not sure if you intended it that way though.

ReplyDeleteVery emotional. I think it was a little dark in the room.At the end where she cries I wish there were some face close ups. Like the story as well.
ReplyDeleteGreat story!! The song worked really great with it! There was drama and a happy ending.

ReplyDeleteI liked the beginning of your video when it focused on your actress being depressed over a break-up. I'm not 100% sure what happened at the ending.
