Silent Film: 1920's Gangster.
So I want to do a black and white silent film (to capture the essence of the first films) about the consequences of double crossing a gangster like Al Capone in the 1920's. I love the historical events, clothing, and language of the early 1900's and I think it would be really fun and exciting to make a movie on this time period. It would absolutely be cheesy and totally cliché to make it more of a fun film.
Ah! So cool and great idea since we have to do a silent video!
ReplyDeleteGood concept. Start planning your costumes, locations and props - those are tricky but it can be done. This project was shot last semester down the hall from our classroom. http://productionpractices.blogspot.com/2013/10/roaring-robbery.html
ReplyDeleteI really like this idea! There is just something about the 1920s that is cool and never goes out of style. I think this would be a fun project to work on!
